At 5feet11, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the garment is in its original state.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
